How do publishers earn money with Momondo?
Our partners are paid whenever visitors are redirected from one of our search results (see deal) for one of our top products: hotels and flights. Our cookie length is 30 minutes, and click-outs apply only to post-click conversions, not to post-view ones.
Momondo does not pay commission for:
1. Traffic with incorrect prices
2. Traffic with more than 500 clicks and a booking conversion rate of less than 1% per week.
3. More than 5 click-outs from the same user for each search activity during a session.
4. Any transaction that occurs after the user has been redirected to Momondo for more than 30 minutes.
5. Clicks resulting from users being redirected to Momondo with incorrect tracking (where the program ID passed tracking does not match the domain's locale. Global programs are the only exception).
As an affiliate, you cannot use ad links (e.g., from Google searches or other Momondo advertisements) but only links that have been taken from the Momondo website.
Payments are made monthly within 45 days after the end of each month.
Commissions are paid out
Momondo reports your performance on a daily basis in the affiliate network platform, meaning that you can track your performance only one day after you have enabled the advertisement on your site. The one-day delay is due to the validation process of the transactions on our end. The goal is to ensure that you only see transactions for which you are paid. A transaction applies when Momondo users click from our platform to one of our providers. These results are based on our detailed session tracking. Every day, we will automatically review the data to validate the transactions and apply them in accordance with our program's Terms and Conditions. For each validated transaction, we pay a fixed CPA based on the device (with a tablet browser considered as an internet browser).
Is my website suitable?
Momondo is suitable for all websites that meet our Terms and Conditions. However, travel and holiday websites or websites dedicated to a specific destination perform best. Whether you are a small independent blogger or a large established travel website, we would love to receive your application and welcome you as an affiliate.
Domain language and relevance
Please apply to the program most relevant to your traffic and website, so that your links go to the correct Momondo domain. Your website must match the language of the Momondo domain to which you link, for both tracking and user-experience reasons. Momondo has affiliate programs and specialized domains for most larger countries. If you want to link to multiple Momondo domains, it is mandatory to sign up for different programs and to use program-specific tracking links when sending traffic to various Momondo domains to earn commission for this traffic. If we discover that you are linking to the wrong domain, your campaign may be paused, removed, or we may refuse to pay for this traffic.
When there is no specific domain that supports your market or language, you can sign up for our global program, where you have the option to sign up for an English version of Momondo.
